SYNTHETIC SIZING AGENTS
PRODUCT	APPLICATION
NETACRYL WGL 500	Synthetic sizing agent based on polymeric acrylic emulsion for water-jet looms Superior in cohesiveness, enabling it to be used for high density fabrics also Suitable for sizing of polyester filament yarn, polyester texturized yarn, and nylon filament yarn It can be applied along with other sizing waxes Prevents occurrence of fabric cracks It is a low viscosity product for easier handling Recommended to be used along with small amounts of NOIGEN Wax V-7(M) as a lubricant and NOIGEN TS 783 as an antistatic agent Can be easily removed in subsequent desizing operations
NETACRYL SS 100	Single shot all-in-one sizing agent Suitable for synthetic yarns Exhibits good adhesion, lubrication as well as antistatic properties Possesses good cohesiveness and protective effect Enables easy preparation of size solution The size film shows good elasticity, smoothness, and high resistance to water It can be easily removed in desizing process and poses no trouble on scouring with alkali treatment

NETERSON TS 783	Antistatic agent for warp sizing of man-made and synthetic yarns Prevents generation of static electricity in sizing, warping, and weaving processes Ensures smooth operations Suitable for polyester filament, polyester finished yarn, nylon filament, nylon finished yarn, acetate yarn, and rayon filament Works at low dosages of 0.05 – 0.2 % in size solutions for polyester and nylon.
NOIGEN WAX V-7 (M)	It is a sizing assistant for water jet and conventional looms Improves lubricity and improves fibre-to-metal abrasion resistance Reduces size shedding Easily removable during desizing by ordinary scouring

AFTER-OIL ADDITIVE FOR SIZED YARN

NETERLUBE AO 60 (M)	Outstanding After-Oil lubricant for sized synthetic yarns Imparts excellent cohesion and lubricity to treated yarns Improves abrasion resistance needed for high speed looms By restraining plasticization of the size film, it avoids stickiness on the looms Suitable for sized yarn, sized dyed yarn and for unsized yarn also Suitable for application on sized viscose filament yarns
