Dai-ichi has introduced high performance, versatile admixtures for the construction industry. These products are polycarboxylate ethers useful for self compacting, high strength concrete. Polyether/polycarboxylate based superplasticizers help to improve properties of concrete like workability, homogeneity, and cohesiveness. The concrete industry demands a cost-efficient high-quality concrete with a lower water to cement ratio.
We offer three types of superplasticizers that are efficient to enhance the quality and durability of bridges, high-rise buildings, and dams.

1. Water reducing superplasticizers are designed to produce high strength concrete by reducing the water requirement by more than 30% without affecting excessive retardation.
2. Retarding superplasticizers are very useful to decelerate the setting rate of concrete keeping it workable during placement. These are especially useful to modify the properties of concrete in hot weather.
3. Accelerating superplasticizers help to speed up finishing operations by increasing the rate of early strength development and reducing the time required for proper curing and protection. These are especially useful to modify the properties of concrete in cold weather.

SUPER DK 22
  • Based on Polycarboxylate ether chemistry
  • Concentration approximately 42%
  • Relatively low viscosity product
  • Effective at 0.05 – 0.1% dosage
  • Results into a clinker factor reduction to 61-62%, maintaining the quality of the cement
SUPER DK CGA 750
  • Based on polycarboxylate ester chemistry
  • Concentration approximately 40%
  • Exhibits a relatively higher viscosity
  • Effective in the range of 0.05 – 0.1% dosage
  • Effective in increasing the compressive strength of the final cement by approximately 5 MPa (28 days), compared to the same without the additive
SUPER DK WR 600
  • Based on Polycarboxylate ether chemistry
  • Concentration approximately 50%
  • Exhibits a relatively higher viscosity than SUPER DK 22
  • Effective in the range of 0.05 – 0.1% dosage

  • Suitable for self-compacting and pre-cast concrete applications
  • High performance dispersant
  • Has excellent water reduction performance
  • Good flowability with very low slump retention
  • Suitable for M-60 and above grade concretes
  • Can be used along with SUPER DK ER 800 to enhance the slump retention efficiency
SUPER DK ER 800
  • Modified extended-release superplasticizer for concrete industry
  • Improves slump retention time of concrete formulations at substantially reduced water content
  • Extended workability of fresh concrete up to 3 hours
  • Allows long range transportation of fresh concrete
  • Makes concrete operations possible in hot weather conditions
  • General dosage recommendation is 0.3-1% based on the cementitious composition
  • Can be used in combination with other PCEs like SUPER DK WR 600
