OUR PLANTS

Dahej Plant

Commissioned in 2018, located in the PCPIR zone of Dahej, Gujarat. Spans 48,839 sq. meters with two independent manufacturing blocks: Oilfield and EO/PO. The site manufactures Alkoxylates, their derivatives, and oilfield chemicals. Expansion is under way to scale up EO-based production. The additional capacity is expected to be commissioned by 2026. Our R&D team focuses on process optimisation, cost efficiency, and development using the latest technologies.

Kurkumbh Plant

The Polyelectrolyte Plant was established in technical collaboration with Dai-ichi Kogyo Seiyaku, of Japan. The plant is equipped with a specially designed Photopolymerization belt reactor to manufacture non-ionic, anionic, cationic, and amphoteric polyelectrolytes. Products are used in flocculation and dewatering applications across water treatment and related industries. The current site is a pilot-scale facility, with an annual output of 600 tons.

Jejuri Plant

Our Jejuri plant continuous as a joint venture with ChampionX Inc. now bought over by SLB. It is engaged in production solutions and services, providing chemistry, technology, engineering support, and onsite expertise for upstream oil and gas operations throughout the Indian market.
