Designation: – Manager Costing

Department: – Finance

Location :- Mumbai

Role / Responsibility

  • Maintaining cost records
  •  Preparing costing MIS on monthly/quarterly basis
  •  Attending cost audit and getting cost audit done from cost auditor
  •  Helping in cost reduction measures
  • Run the monthly cost forecasts and ensure all targets are met within the stipulated time
  • Ensure that there is accurate recording of expenditure in the appropriate journals and ledgers
  • Provide assistance to the organization in preparing budget process by encouraging the budget holders to submit budgets at the expected time
  • Apportion costs between manifold units of production and management
  • Ensure the arrangement of cost of production to material costs, wages, and overhead costs
  • Prepare estimates of costs for unique products in order to establish prices of products and to forecast production
  • Consolidate cost of manufacturing for payroll and distribution of inventory accounts
  • Prepare, devise, and regulate procedures for establishing unit cost of services and products
  • Invoices are coded to the correct nominal/cost centre and project
  •  Ensure that variances generated are a true reflection of current financial position
  • Provide monthly summary analysis of headcount and related costs to senior management
  • Assist the business with the annual budget process by engaging with budget holders to deliver budgets within targets
  • Develop a process that collects the budgets from the business along with bottom up drivers that support the budget for each nominal
  • Maintain the integrity of the internal control environment (SOX) around the month end process
  • Provide support during the annual audit process by working with the auditors to answer queries and provide analysis as required in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Graduate in commerce stream
  • Completed CWA course of ICWAI
  • Experience of 3-5 years preferably in chemical or manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of inventory valuation
  •  Knowledge of implementing costing and material management in SAP

Designation: – Costing Coordinator

Department: – Finance & Accounts

Location: – Mumbai

Role / Responsibility

  • Working in SAP and in any ERP Environment.
  • Assisting Manager Costing for verification of production records.
  • Handling variance analysis, cost audit, stock control and valuation of stocks/ inventory through SAP. 

Requirements

  • The candidate should be ICWA (CMA) or pursuing ICWA course.
  • Experience of 3 – 4 years (preferable from chemical or pharma company)

 

Designation: – Production Coordinator

Department: – Production

Location: – Dahej

Role / Responsibility

  • Plan and coordinate production schedule on daily basis to produce high quality products
  • Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees
  • Provide support for production and maintenance activities to ensure highest level of output
  • Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements
  • Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards
  • Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities
  • Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes

Designation: – Quality Control Coordinator / Executive

Department: – QC

Location: – Dahej

Role / Responsibility

  • Monitoring incoming raw materials, intermediates and finished goods
  • Document QC records digitally
  • Control inspection and calibration of test equipments such as GC, UV visible Spectrophotometer, IR, KF Titrator, R.I meter, viscometer etc
  • Ensure site specification compliance with all corporate policy documents and requirements
  • Ensure all operation are current with regulations, current FDA expectations and industry standards
  • Ensure compliance with ICH

Requirements

  • Qualifications: M.Sc /B. Sc
  • Minimum 3 / 4 years of experience in QC / QA dept of a reputed organization
  • Experience working at specialty chemicals or organic chemical plant or bulk chemicals manufacturing company 
  • Exposure to ERP /SAP preferable
  • Thorough understanding of QMS as per ISO 9001:2000 Standards

Designation: – Pilot Plant Coordinator

Department: – Pilot Plant 

Location: – Dahej

Role / Responsibility

  • Verification of R&D process and scale up at lab and pilot scale
  • Study R&D SOP , conduct joint trials with R&D personnel
  • Conduct trials in pilot plant to standardise the process
  • Prepare reports of pilot trials
  • Co-ordination with production personnel for scale-up batches
  • Carry out various reactions e.g. esterification, polymerisation, phosphorylation sulphation, ethoxylation, propoxylation etc

Requirements

  • Qualifications:  B.E. chemical 
  • Experience:  2-3 years of experience in surfactants /specialty chemicals manufacturing industries

Designation: – Executive Assistant to CMD 

Location: –  Mumbai

Role / Responsibility

  • Would be responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external customers and coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
  • Calendar and meetings management (scheduling, alerts with managers)
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the CMD
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents, prepare background documents and answer outgoing mail as necessary
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for MD as needed

Role / Responsibility

  • Process development work on Pour point depressants, flow improves, Paraffin Inhibitors, Viscosity reducers etc for waxy crude oils
  • Expertise on interpretations of FTIR,NMR and GPC results will be added advantage.

Requirements

  • Qualification :-  MSC organic Chemistry
  • Experience :-  Min 2 to 4 years of good experience 
  • Industry: – Speciality chemicals / Oilfield Chemicals.
  • Experience in polymerization, Synthesis of pour point depressants, Viscosity Index Improvers, Emulsion breakers, Alkoxylated Products, Synthesis of imidazolines / Amido Amines, Etc will be of interest.
