Designation: – Production Coordinator

Department: – Production

Location: – Dahej

Role / Responsibility

  • Plan and coordinate production schedule on daily basis to produce high quality products
  • Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees
  • Provide support for production and maintenance activities to ensure highest level of output
  • Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements
  • Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards
  • Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities
  • Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes
  • Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability
  • Help Manage various plant utilities such as (steam, nitrogen, compressed process air, chilled water, cooling water, hot oil


  • Qualifications :  B. Sc 
  • Experience: 1 – 2 / 3 – 4 years of experience in surfactants /specialty chemicals manufacturing industries 
  • Should be well versed with surface active agents and specialty chemical manufacturing processes 
  • Able to understand technical problems in the manufacturing line and trouble shooting
  • Thorough knowledge on safety precautions including ISO standards
  • Experience of esterification, polymerisation, sulfonation, alkoxylation 


Designation: – Quality Control Coordinator / Executive

Department: – QC

Location: – Dahej

Role / Responsibility

  • Monitoring incoming raw materials, intermediates and finished goods
  • Document QC records digitally
  • Control inspection and calibration of test equipments such as GC, UV visible Spectrophotometer, IR, KF Titrator, R.I meter, viscometer etc
  • Ensure site specification compliance with all corporate policy documents and requirements
  • Ensure all operation are current with regulations, current FDA expectations and industry standards
  • Ensure compliance with ICH


  • Qualifications: M.Sc /B. Sc
  • Minimum 3 / 4 years of experience in QC / QA dept of a reputed organization
  • Experience working at specialty chemicals or organic chemical plant or bulk chemicals manufacturing company 
  • Exposure to ERP /SAP preferable
  • Thorough understanding of QMS as per ISO 9001:2000 Standards
