Job Summary: The Human Resources (HR) Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the company’s goals by attracting, retaining, and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Management:

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Zing and other HR software.
  • Professional HR certification is a plus.

Designation: – Sales Manager 

Department: – Sales

  • Support Sales team on new and existing business in order to increase revenue.
  • Responsible for sales of the various Speciality Chemicals that go in the Agrochemical and Home & Personal Care industries.
  • Will be responsible for identifying the existing and potential customer base in Agrochemical and Home & Personal care industries segments for generating sales.
  • Quickly develop a high level of product knowledge specific to Dai-ichi and support major accounts with this knowledge.
  • Assist the sales team in growth forecasts as well as sales budget estimates.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Technical team to develop thoughtful sales presentations.
  • Be capable of managing a wide range of activities including prospecting of new customers, account management, and portfolio development of existing customers.
  • Provide monthly business activity summaries and sales funnel updates.
  • Responsible for visiting all customers on regular bases to gather market information and for product promotion/new business generation.
  • Responsible for the proactive sales of Dai-ichi products with new and existing customers in order to increase revenue.
  • Diverse role of seeking new opportunities to grow business profitably by working closely with the R& D team to develop innovative products.
  • Play a marketing role to identify trends and opportunities of market differentiation.


Job Requirements

  • Should have a science-based education and 10 years of relevant sales experience in Agro, Home and Personal Care.
  • 5+ years experience working with Surfactant based chemistries.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully selling high performance Specialty Chemical products.
  • Evidence of strong new business achievement, targets involving direct contact with prospects.

Designation: – AGM/ Sr. Manager Supply Chain

Department: – Purchase

Location: – Mumbai


  • Align production at various locations keeping RM supply constraints in mind – customer
    requirements, standard lead times, export lead times etc.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics (within country & exports), internal transfers among Dahej
    & tolling locations
  • Handle/coordinate all RM/PM requirements from various tollers to ensure full utilization of
    time at toller locations
  • Supply chain support during customer interactions – w.r.t understanding their requirement,
    ability to prioritize production, mobilize RMs accordingly
  • Develop and leverage supplier relationships to prioritize allocation of RMs; develop new
    and varied suppliers both locally and abroad
  • Has to be motivated enough to independently drive this function, own responsibility and
    provide timely solutions

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience – 10 to 15 yrs
  • Designation – AGM or senior manager depending on their experience
  • The supply chain head will look at purchase/ procurement/ Supply chain etc – all oversee activities.
